Bookings
Booking requests, confirmation rules, cancellation terms, guest eligibility and property requirements must be clearly disclosed before launch. The live platform must display the specific policy applying to each reservation.
Property partners
Partners are responsible for accurate listing information, applicable licenses, safe premises, guest service and honoring confirmed reservations, subject to the final vendor agreement.
Payments and refunds
Payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and any optional fees must be documented in final terms before live transactions are enabled.
